KVS has released its yearly transfer schedule for the year 2021

TENTATIVE CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES FOR ANNUAL TRANSFERS – 2021

| 1 | Notification for applying Transfer by Employees in the KVS (ITQ) website. | 06.09.2021 (MONDAY) |
| 2 | Online Transfer Applications invitation from employees. | 11.09.2021 (SATURDAY) to 17.09.2021 (FRIDAY up to midnight) |
| 3 | Display of tentative vacancies | 11.09.2021 (SATURDAY) |
| 4 | Transfer Applications verification by controlling officers | (MONDAY) to (MONDAY) upto 04.00 PM (when the duly filled applications are received by the controlling officer, they will start verification from date 13.09.2021 onwards and should not wait till last date) |
| 5 | Display of Provisional Transfer Counts and Displacement counts on website of KVS (IIQ) | 21.09.2021 (TUESDAY) (Afternoon) |
| 6 | Grievance related to Transfer Counts and Displacement counts on website of KVS (HQ). Note : Grievance will be collected in the prescribed format duly verified by Controlling Officer. Grievances individually sent by the employees, which are not forwarded by concerned Controlling Officer shall not be entertained. Controlling officer will submit such grievances directly to KVS (HQ) in the dedicated e-mail Id kvstransfer2021(S),email.com as soon as it is received by the Controlling Officer. | 22.09.2021(WEDNESDAY) to 24.09.2021 (FRIDAY) till 04.00 PM |
