My junior getting macp from Rs.4600 to 4800 [level8] through the direct appointment.
But I a senior in Rs.4600 for the past 12yrs. In level 7. In my service 3 promotion already got it.
Can I eligible for the Rs.4800 under junior getting more pay than senior.
Awaiting for reply
Govind Singh Gurjar says
It is a wrong policy of the government that junior employee get higher grade pay and senior employee who is the boss of the junior employee will get lower GP.. no trade union will take up this issue. It is the best time to leave all trade unions.. no member should be given and no moral support and physical support may be given to them.
