Sub: Closure of Offices in connection with Swearing—in Ceremony of the President—elect on 25.7.2012.
In connection with the Swearing—in Ceremony of the President-elect on 25.7.2012 in the Central Hall of
Parliament at 11.30 AM and traffic restrictions around Parliament House, it has been decided that the
Government offices located in the buildings in and around North Block/South Block (viz. South Block, North
Block, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House, Rail Rhavan, Krishi Bhavan, Udyog Bhavan) and the hutments
around Parliament House would remain closed for the First Half on 25th July, 2012 (Wednesday).
