The last pay drawn under 4th CPC was 2300 under payable 2000-60-2300-75-3200. There was no revision of family pension ever since. Now notional pay has been derived as 7100, 17410 & 44900 as on 01-01-1996, 01-01-2006 & 01-01-2016 with the GP 4200. What’s will be the family pension as on 01-01-1996, 01-01-2006 & 01-01-2016 respectively?

As per the last basic pay of Rs.2300 in 4th CPC from 1/1/2016 pay as Rs.44,900/- for this 50% of pension as 22,450/- family pension 13,470/-. Since your GP increased from 1/1/2006 from 4200 to 4600 for that you contact your ex-employer to revise and get the arrears up till settlement. Now the pensioner comes under Matrix Level 7, (GP 4600).
